These gotto help people. Mr. Samarth Bali, a renowned HR person known for preparing for interviews came to Thapar a few days back. He had selected a set of HR questions, out of which, there is a definite chance of 1-2 falling in your interview. They do everytime, and you really need preperation for them. Lets have it:

  15. Why should I hire you?
  16. Are you a goal oriented person?
  17. Tell me something about your recent goals and what did you do to achieve them?
  18. What are your short term goals?
  19. What is your long range objective?
  20. What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
  21. What do you see yourself doing ten years from now?
  22. Do you handle conflict well?
  23. What major problem you had to deal with recently?
  24. Do you handle pressure well?
  25. What is your greatest strength?
  26. What is your greatest weakness?
  27. If I was to ask one of your professors to describe you what would he or she say?
  28. Why do you chose to attend your college?
  29. What changes would you love to make at your college?
  30. How has your education prepared you for your career?
  31. What were your favourite classes?Why?
  32. Who were your favourite professors?Why?
  33. Why is your grade or score not higher?
  34. Do you have any plans for further education?
  35. What qualities do you feel a successful executive/manager/engineer should have?
  36. Why do you want to work in this industry?
  37. What do you know about our company?
  38. Why are you interested in our company?
  39. Is money important to you?
  40. How much money do you need to make to be happy?
  41. What kind of salary are you looking for?
These questions come tough having them in advance means, have a solution handy. Have a great placement.
